Magaluf Nightlife: Bars & Clubs
Magaluf is famous for its incredible nightlife; there are tons of clubs, bars, and restaurants for you and your pals to enjoy. As Magaluf nightlife has so much to offer, the bars and clubs go above and beyond to get the attention of holidaymakers. Think themed parties, performances from some of the best artists, and incredible drinks deals. If you're not sure where to go, you're in the right place, as we've put together a list of a few of our favourites. Here are some of Magaluf's best nightlife hotspots.
Boomerang Club
Located along the popular Punta Balena strip, you'll be hard-pushed to miss the neon sign plastered outside this nightclub. Boomerang Club is hands down one of the best clubs in Magaluf. It was completely refurbished only a few years ago, so it's not surprising this place boasts some gorgeous interiors. With over 10 years' experience behind them, the Boomerang Club knows a thing or two about throwing a good party. This venue has hosted numerous top-notch performers including the likes of DJ Spoony, which only adds to the club's reputation as one of the resort's top spots. If you want to dance and party the night away to the freshest chart, house, and R&B beats, this is the club for you.
Clubbers enjoy and often make the most of their free bar policy. By this, we mean all local spirits, beers and soft drinks are included in the price of your ticket (which you can buy on the door). If you're impressed by celeb status, you'll be pleased to hear TOWIE stars are regulars here, and even Danny Dyer's been spotted a couple of times. If you're celebrating something special, you can upgrade your standard entry to the VIP lounge. Choose from a selection of drinks packages and take the weight off your feet in their comfy seating area.
Icon Pre-Club Bar
Right next to Boomerang Club is Icon Pre-Club Bar. It does exactly what it says on the tin; it's the perfect place for you and your mates to pre-drink before your night really gets going. Share one of their famous fishbowl cocktails with your friends, it's the perfect way to start a fun night out on the strip. Alternatively, if you're looking for another taste of the best nightlife in Magaluf, Stereo Bar is a fabulous option. This is the first bar of the strip, which also makes it a perfect meeting point if you're out on the town with friends who may be staying at other hotels in the town.
City Lights Karaoke Bar
Do you just love picking up that mic and belting out a good tune? Then perhaps karaoke is more your scene? If so, City Lights Karaoke Bar is the perfect place for you. It's the most popular karaoke bar in town, so it's definitely worth a visit if you fancy singing your favourite party anthems.
Bananas Club
It's safe to say, Bananas Club has well and truly earned its status as 'legendary'. It first opened up back in the 1980s, which makes this venue almost as old as the strip itself, and it's still a gem in the crown that is Magaluf's nightlife. If you're looking to visit the most popular clubs in Majorca, be sure to put this on your list. It's hands down one of the most visited bars on the island. Resident DJs Franky and Philthy Phill know how to get the party started. Trust us; you won't be disappointed with either the atmosphere or the tunes. It's conveniently located towards the top of the strip, opposite Mulligan's bar, right next to Burger King. You can't miss it.
Crystal Bar
Crystal Bar is terrific for enjoying a few drinks with your mates. This place boasts a massive terrace with two outdoor bars, making it the place to be if you're going out with a large group. Enjoy a cheeky cocktail or a pint of beer as resident DJ, James Odwyer gets the party started. Before heading inside, be sure to speak to one of the reps. They'll make sure you and your pals are sat together and sorted with a fabulous drinks deal.
Top tips for first-time visitors
Don't go clubbing in flip-flops. Evenings in Magaluf tend to be lengthy affairs, so you'll need something a little more robust. You don't want painful feet after a couple of hours. Instead, pumps and trainers are usually a better bet. Don't wear white clothing. This should be avoided at all costs because there's a good chance you'll get either paint or drinks spilt down them, both of which are next to impossible to wash out.
Pace yourself: nights out in Magaluf start late and carry on into the early hours. There's a good chance you'll still be out when the sun comes up, so don't peak too early. Wherever you decide to go, you're bound to have the time of your life experiencing the nightlife in Magaluf, it's a party-goers paradise.
