Your money is secured in a trust account
Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
We're ATOL protected
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

Oman Holidays

The Omani rial (OMR) is the currency in Oman.

• Omani rial are available in notes: 1, 5, 10 and 50

• Each Omani rial is made up of 1,000 baisa, which come in coins (5, 10, 25 and 50) and notes (100 and 200).

• When you order Omani rial for your trip, make sure you get plenty as you’ll be paying with cash most of the time. Cards aren’t used much in Oman.

• Tipping is appreciated in some circumstances but it’s not a big part of Omani culture. For example, aim to tip 10% in tourist restaurants and 5 OMR for tour guides, but there’s no need to tip taxi drivers.
