Kefalos proudly boasts some of the most beautiful sunsets in all of Greece and the views that you'll find at Agios Theologos can only be described as breathtaking. This paradise can be found seven kilometres southwest of Kefalos, where you'll discover a coastline that is so peaceful and romantic.
The area owes its name to the deserted but stunning church of Agios Ioannis Theologos (St. John the Theologian). The church is still honoured by the locals each year with a festival on the 29th August. Around here you'll also find a traditional taverna where you can refuel and enjoy some authentic Greek food after the sun goes down.
If you have time before the sunset, Agios Theologos is ideal for sunbathing. And for those who are feeling a little adventurous, the area is great for wind surfing as well, so why not give it a go?
