Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

The currency used in Naples is the Euro (EUR).
Notes are €5, €10, €20, €50, €100, €200 and €500, while coins are 1c, 2c, 5c, 10c, 20c, 50c, €1 and €2. There are plenty of ATMs across the city to withdraw money, including at train stations and the airport. Credit cards are accepted in most shops, restaurants and hotels.
You can exchange money at a local post office or bank before you travel. Alternatively, you can order a travel money card if you don’t want to carry wads of cash around with you. With access to wholesale rates, we're really competitive, making your holiday spends stretch that little bit further.
