Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

It’s busy all year-round in the city but if you want to avoid as much of the chaos as possible, the best time to visit New York is in autumn or spring. Enjoy a perfect balance between the warm weather of summer and the low temperatures of winter with an average temperature around 15°C. Winter is very cold in New York, but it’s a great time to visit if you want to experience a white Christmas. Snowfall is common in the colder months, with an average temperature of just 3°C in December and 0.5°C in January. The best time to go to New York for heat and sunshine is during the summer. Temperatures range from 18°C to 27°C, with July being the hottest month of the year. The city has moderate rainfall throughout the year with around 14 rainy days in spring that lowers to 13 in the summer. You’ll need to pack an umbrella for your visit or find shelter in one of the city’s museums while you wait for the shower to pass.
