Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What’s the weather like in Turkey in September?
With land in both Asia and Europe, Turkey’s in two continents and has different weather around the country. If you're going there in September though, you can be fairly sure of getting hot weather, especially at popular resorts on the Mediterranean south coast.
Regional differences
Turkey’s Mediterranean and Aegean destinations have quite typical Mediterranean weather, and you'll get lots of high temperatures and sun in September with not much rain. Mountains close to the Mediterranean coast act as a barrier and mean the Central Anatolia Region has a continental climate. Spots on the Black Sea coast have oceanic weather, which means you'll get more rain if you're going here.
Averages
Popular Antalya is top choice for Turkey holidays, and you can expect average highs of 31ºC in September, with things staying quite pleasant at night. The sea temperature’s a warm 27ºC, while humidity’s moderate. There’s just 10mm of rain over two days, and you can look forward to 11 long hours of sunshine from the 12 hours of daylight. UV levels will be high so protect your skin in the sun, and use plenty of sun cream. The sun goes down just before 7.30pm at the start of the month.
