Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What's the weather like in Marmaris in October?
Marmaris is on Turkey’s southwestern Turquoise Coast, which means it has long and hot summers that stretch into October. Although temperatures are cooling down as the month goes on, it’s still warm, and you'll get plenty of sun despite the fact there’s more rain in autumn compared to summer.
Turkish Riviera
Marmaris has quite typical Mediterranean weather with hot summers and mild winters. If you're not bothered about really high temperatures and prefer things to be quieter, you’ll love it here in October. The town’s on the stunning Turkish Riviera in a sheltered bay. Together with the surrounding mountains, this keeps temperatures from cooling too much because of winds from both the north and the Mediterranean to the south.
Averages
The average high in Marmaris during October’s a lovely 26ºC, although it gets quite cool in the evenings at 13ºC. The sea temperature’s still 24ºC which is perfect for swimming, while humidity’s low. Average rainfall’s 78mm over six rainy days. You can look forward to 11 hours of daylight with eight hours of sunshine each day. UV levels will be moderate. Sunset’s just before 7pm at the start of the month, and just after 5pm by the end of October due to daylight saving.
