What's the weather like in Hisarönü in October?
Hisarönü is a lovely little resort town on Turkey’s Aegean coastline. Sitting in the southwest of the country not far from Marmaris, it has a Mediterranean climate bringing long, hot summers and mild winters to the region. In October temperatures are cooling down while rainfall picks up after the dry summer period. With seven hours of sunshine each day, there’s still plenty of warm and sunny weather at this time, making this a good time to go if you’d rather avoid the high season crowds.Averages
Hisarönü has an average temperature of 19°C in October, with highs of 25°C in the hottest part of the day. This dips to a low of 12°C after dark, so you’ll need some warmer layers for when you explore the local shops, bars and restaurants in the evenings. With 65mm of rain forecast over the course of 14 days, it’s a good idea to bring a waterproof jacket or umbrella too, just in case you get caught in a shower. If you’d like to take a dip in the sea, the Aegean waters are a pleasant 23°C this month.
