What's the weather like in Side in May?
Side is a lovely resort town on the southern coast of Turkey and has a Mediterranean climate bringing long, hot summers and short, mild winters to the area. In May, the average temperature in Side is 20ºC, reaching highs of 25ºC in the peak of the afternoon. Although it’s lovely and warm, conditions aren’t scorching, so you should be comfortable sightseeing as well as spending time on the beach. At 15ºC, evenings are pleasant too, but you may want bring a light jumper or cardigan in case you feel a bit cold at night.
