What’s the weather like in Torremolinos in March?
In March, Spain’s Mediterranean coastal town of Torremolinos enjoys warm, pleasant temperatures, making this a great time of year to visit with young children. While much cooler than the summer months, the mild weather’s perfect for exploring the local sights beyond the beach without sweltering in intense heat. Some showers are to be expected in March, but they’re usually short-lived and skies are normally clear with only a small amount of cloud cover.
Averages
With an average temperature of 15°C and highs of 20°C in the hottest part of the day, Torremolinos is mild at this time of year. The nights are considerably cooler with lows of around 10°C, so make sure you bring lots of layers to stay warm in the evenings. If you’re planning on taking a dip in the Mediterranean Sea you’ll need to be brave as the water temperature is still a brisk 16°C. With around 12 hours of daylight, there’s plenty of time to get out and about on your springtime holiday to this popular Spanish resort.
