Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What's the weather like on the Costa del Sol in August?
One of Spain’s most popular holiday destinations, the Costa del Sol is on the country’s south coast. It has a Mediterranean climate that brings long, hot summers and short, mild winters to the region. In August, the Costa del Sol is at the peak of the high season, with plenty of glorious sunshine and almost no rain attracting crowds of tourists to the coast. If you want to relax on the beach, swim in the clear blue seas or explore the cultural sights, August is a great month to visit the Costa del Sol.Averages
At this time of year, the average temperature on the Costa del Sol is 26°C, rising to a hot 29°C in the afternoons. UV levels are high in August, so make sure you’re careful in the sun, especially if you’re visiting with young children. Only 5mm of rain’s expected during the month, so it’s unlikely you’ll experience any rain, while the Mediterranean waters are a warm 23°C and perfect for swimming or snorkelling. After dark temperatures drop to 19°C, so you may need a jumper for evenings out.
