Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What’s the weather like in Tenerife in July?
Although the Canary Islands are nicknamed the ‘Islands of Eternal Spring’, July’s officially the start of summer in Tenerife. Thanks to its location off the coast of Africa, you’ll get hot weather, no rain and lots of sun if you book your holidays to Tenerife during this time.
Geographical influences
Tenerife’s parallel to the Sahara Desert, and although sometimes it can feel like you're in the desert, the Canary Current and north easterly winds will usually keep you cool. Mount Teide’s one of the world’s tallest volcanoes and will protect you from winds and rain if you're in the south, which is generally warm and dry. If you're on the coast then you’ll be less affected by the dust storms that can sometimes blow in from Africa.
Averages
You'll have an average high of 27ºC in July, and things stay quite pleasant in the evenings, only dropping to 18ºC. The sea temperature’s 22ºC, while humidity’s low. You can look forward to 14 hours of daylight and ten long hours of sunshine without the threat of rain, but protect yourself in the sun with plenty of sun cream as UV levels will be extreme. The sun goes down nice and late at around 9pm, which is perfect for al fresco dining.
