Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What’s the weather like in Lanzarote in March?
Sitting off the west coast of northern Africa, Lanzarote’s the furthest east of the Canary Islands. It enjoys warm weather all year round, with temperatures rising in March as spring goes on. If you're going on holidays to Lanzarote in March you'll get plenty of sunshine and not much rain.
Climatic influences
Lanzarote’s close to the Sahara Desert and would overheat if not for the cooling Canary Current and north easterly winds. Things do get hot when the desert sends winds over to the island, as well as the occasional dust storm. Lanzarote’s quite flat, so the weather’s similar across the island, although the south’s generally a bit warmer and sunnier than the north.
Averages
Hitting the beach is great in Lanzarote during March as the average high temperature hits 23ºC. Bring a selection of sunnies and swimmers for the days, but don't forget to bring some warmer things for the evenings. The average sea temperature’s 18ºC, while humidity’s low and ranges from 52% to just under 90%. Average rainfall’s just 14mm over three rainy days.
Daylight
You can expect 12 hours of daylight with seven hours of sunshine each day in March. Take care of yourself in the sun as UV levels are very high. Sunset’s before 7pm at the beginning of the month, and after 8pm, once daylight saving starts towards the end of March.
