Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What’s the weather like in Fuerteventura in June?
Fuerteventura’s just over 100km off the west coast of North Africa, so you'll get high temperatures and no rain if you're going in June. Although the Canaries are nicknamed the ‘Islands of Eternal Spring’, you'll definitely feel like it’s summer if you're going at this time.
Climatic influences
You might think you're in the Sahara Desert when hot winds and the occasional dust storm blow in, but you'll usually be kept cool by north easterly trade winds and the Canary Current. Fuerteventura’s also got Lanzarote just to the north, which means it has warmer, drier and more consistent weather than other Canaries, which tend to be cooler and wetter in the north.
Averages
You'll get an average high temperature of 26ºC in June and it stays nice and pleasant in the evenings. At 21ºC you'll find the sea really inviting while humidity’s low. There isn’t usually any rain in June, so you can enjoy 14 dry hours of daylight with nine hours of sunshine each day. Take care in the sun though as UV levels will be extreme, so use plenty of sun cream. The sun won’t set until just before 9pm.
