What's the weather like in Puerto Pollensa in April?
Puerto Pollensa is a picturesque resort town on the north coast of Majorca. As part of Spain’s Balearic Islands, it has a Mediterranean climate bringing hot, sunny summers and mild, damp winters to the area. Temperatures are pleasantly warm during the daytimes in April, though showers are fairly common, with one in three days having some wet weather. If you don’t mind bringing an umbrella or waterproof jacket, this can be a great time of year to visit Puerto Pollensa away from the busier and hotter summertime.Averages
In April, the average temperature in Puerto Pollensa is 14ºC, peaking at 18ºC in the hottest part of the afternoon. You’ll be comfortable wearing a t-shirt during the day, but you’ll need some warmer things for evenings out in the town, as temperatures drop to a brisk 9ºC after sunset. Around 70mm of rain’s expected during the course of the month, although you can still look forward to seven hours of daily sunshine in April. You’ll need to be brave to take a dip in the Mediterranean Sea as the water measures in at a cool 15ºC at this time of year.
