What's the weather like in Cala d'Or in May?

May is the final month of spring, so the resort’s warm and sunny at this time of year with temperatures gradually rising as the days go by. If you want to avoid the high season crowds without compromising on sun, May is a great month to visit Cala d’Or, especially if you’re travelling with young children.Averages
In May, the average temperature in Cala d’Or is a mild 17°C, with highs of a lovely 23°C in the peak of the afternoon. Although it’s t-shirt weather during the day, you’ll still need to pack jumpers for the evening as temperatures dip to a low of 12°C after dark. Around nine days experience some wet weather this month, but with just 25mm of rain expected any showers are usually short-lived. If you want to swim in the sea, you’ll need to brace yourself as the Mediterranean waters are a cool 17°C at this time of year.
