Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday

Funchal is the capital of Madeira in Portugal. Its location on the island’s south coast means that Funchal enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate with warm weather all year round. Temperatures tend to fluctuate around the mid-20s for most of the year with the warmest months running from June to September. The average temperature is around 26°C, which lowers to around 20°C to 25°C from October to March. The best time to go to Funchal for the most heat is in the summer. August is the hottest time of the year with just nine rainy days spread over the month. The northern slopes of the city and the surrounding area experiences more fog, rain, and cloudiness than other parts of the city. Higher altitudes also tend to be slightly cooler than near the sea, where temperatures are warmer and the sky is clear. The best time to visit Funchal for swimming is from August to October when the average sea temperature is around 26°C. The water remains mild for most of the year, reaching its lowest temperature of 18°C from February to March.
