Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

What's the weather like in Portugal in February?
Portugal’s on the Iberian Peninsula surrounded by neighbours Spain and the North Atlantic Ocean. It’s the furthest-west country in Europe, and has a pleasant year-round climate with mild winter temperatures. In February Portugal generally has quite mild and wet weather, although you can go to places that offer some good winter sun.
Climatic variances
There’s different weather around Portugal, with the south having a fairly typical Mediterranean climate, while the Gulf Stream warms things up further up the west coast. You'll get cool breezes around the coast, while things are usually a bit warmer inland. Popular Madeira’s an island off the northwest coast of Africa and has subtropical weather that’s hotter than mainland Portugal.
Averages
Capital city Lisbon gives a good idea of weather around Portugal, and has a typical high temperature of 16ºC in February. Pack some warmer clothes for the evenings as things get quite chilly, dropping to 9ºC at night. The average sea temperature’s 15ºC, while humidity’s low and normal rainfall’s 110mm over 14 rainy days. You can expect five hours of sunshine from 11 hours of daylight each day, while UV levels will be moderate. Sunset’s around 6pm at the start of the month and gradually gets later.
