What's the weather like in Oman in September?
Located in the Middle East bordering the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, Oman is a fascinating country with everything from beautiful beaches to deserts and cities. The country has hot weather all year round, with some of the hottest temperatures coming in September. Conditions can get really hot so remember to stay hydrated, apply high factor sun cream and keep out of the direct sun in the peak of the day.
Averages
In September the average temperature in capital Muscat is 32ºC, with highs of 36ºC in the hottest part of the day. After dark, the mercury only drops to 28ºC, so having air conditioning in your hotel room is strongly recommended.
