Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
The Middle East has a very hot and dry climate with lots of sunshine and high temperatures all year-round. The best time to visit the Middle East is in the winter when temperatures have cooled to more comfortable levels. January has an average high of 16°C, making it one of the coldest months of the year. The weather warms up towards March, with temperatures rising to 25°C. The hottest time of the year is the summer. Highs of 43°C are common from midday to around 3pm, so make sure you wear high factor sun protection and stay out of the sun at this time. Humidity levels are very low for most of the year with an average level of 11% in the summer that rises to 45% in the winter. Coastal areas tend to be slightly more humid than the mainland, but they also enjoy cooling breezes that help keep the weather under control. If you love swimming in the sea, the best time to go to the Middle East is from May to October when the water is mild and perfect for water sports.
