Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What’s the weather like in Malta in February?
Malta enjoys some of Europe’s best weather because of its position in the Mediterranean between Sicily and the north coast of Africa. It has a mild winter and February brings warmer spring-like temperatures. The amount of rain that Malta gets reduces after the winter months, and if it does rain it's usually short downpours.
Geographical influences
Breezes from the Mediterranean Sea keep things nice and cool and the humidity levels down, although Malta can be quite windy at times as it’s quite exposed. The hot sirocco wind can blow over from Africa occasionally too, which can push the temperatures up. As Malta is quite flat, it means the weather generally stays the same across the country.
Averages
The average high temperature in February is 16ºC, so there will be plenty of opportunities to relax on the beach if you book holidays to Malta during winter. Things can get a little chilly in the evenings so don’t forget to pack some warmer clothes. The average sea temperature’s at its annual low of 16ºC, while humidity’s low and ranges from around 60% to the mid 90s. Average rainfall drops to 63mm across 12 rainy days.
Daylight
During February you can expect 11 hours of daylight with six hours of sunshine each day. UV levels will be moderate, while sunset’s around 5.30pm at the beginning of February, gradually getting later as the month goes on.
