Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

What’s the weather like in Sicily in December?
Sicily weather in December is very mild but it’s also very wet, with regular rainfall throughout the month. Although it’s a bit damp at times, December is a great time to travel to Sicily for the holiday season with a good deal of sunshine and very quiet towns and resorts.
Geographical influences
Sicily is the largest Mediterranean island and enjoys mild but damp winters. It’s home to the active volcano of Mount Etna and two very old cities that are perfect for history buffs. Mountains on the island protect the south of the island from northwest prevailing winds. The northern regions are generally cooler and wetter in winter, so keep this in mind when travelling and remember to pack an umbrella.

December is a cool month in Sicily, but if you’re travelling from the UK it’ll feel more like spring than winter. The average temperature is around 14°C with warm highs reaching up to 17°C at midday. Sea breezes travel at an average speed of 5mph with a high humidity level of 83%. The sun shines for nine hours a day, which is significantly less sunlight than previous months. Rainfall is on the rise with a monthly average of 137mm.
