Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What’s the weather like in Italy in March?
From Mediterranean shores to the dizzying heights of the Alps, Italy’s climate varies depending on where you visit. In March, Italy’s cooler winter temperatures start to get much milder as spring arrives. With some wet weather and cloudy days, you won’t be spending much time on the beach. Instead you can explore the county’s many cultural and historical sights, without enduring the heat of the summer. Although temperatures are still quite cold, March has plenty of sunshine, making it a popular time to plan holidays to Italy.
Averages
With average daytime temperatures of around 10°C, March is still a relatively cool month in Italy. At night, temperatures can dip to as little as 4°C so make sure you pack plenty of warm layers for evenings out. With around 68mm of rain in Rome, 41mm in Milan and 34mm in Sicily, wet weather depends on the terrain but showers are usually short-lived, and don’t happen every day. The Mediterranean is a chilly 14°C in March, so you’ll probably need a wetsuit if you want to go for a swim.
