Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

What’s the weather like in Italy in January?
In the month of January Italy is quite cold and damp, with cooler temperatures in the north and slightly warmer weather towards the south of the country. With a risk of rain, it’s worth bringing a waterproof jacket, but showers are usually light and short-lived. Although the skies are often cloudy, you’ll still see plenty of sunshine on your holidays to Italy at this time of year, but you’ll need to be brave if you want to take a dip in the cold Mediterranean Sea.
Averages
In Rome, the average temperature in January hovers around 8°C, with around 100mm of rain expected during the month. Further north in Venice, temperatures are around a chilly 4°C on average with highs of 7°C and lows of 0°C. Although much colder than Rome, Venice is slightly drier in January with around 60mm of rain expected. To the south of the country in Sicily, temperatures reach highs of 12°C and lows of 5°C at night, while around 65mm of rain is forecast. The sea is a chilly 15°C at this time of year.
