Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

What’s the weather like in Florence in January?
Florence weather in January is quite cold with a higher chance of rain and cloudy skies than any other time of the year. Snowfall isn’t unheard of and is more likely towards the start of the month as temperatures begin to gradually climb towards February.
Geographical influences
Florence is a beautiful city located in the north of Italy in the Tuscany region. The city enjoys a humid subtropical climate with cool and damp winters that tend to have quite a lot of rainfall. January is the coldest time of the year and snowfall is likely, so make sure to pack warm clothes for your visit. The weather isn’t great for developing a tan, but it’s ideal for sightseeing because humidity is low and it’s not very hot.
