Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What’s the weather like in Crete in June?
Crete’s the largest of the Greek islands, and sits in the southern Aegean between the mainland and North Africa. This means you can look forward to long, sunny and dry days in June. Crete has the warmest weather in all of Greece. The mountains that stretch from east to west through the middle of the island block north westerly winds from reaching the south, which means it’s warmer and drier than the north. Breezes will keep you nice and cool on the coast, while things are a bit cooler in the mountains.
Averages
The average high in Crete is 28ºC in June, and things stay quite warm in the evenings so you won’t need to bring many warm clothes. The sea temperature’s 22ºC, while humidity’s moderate. There’s just a single millimetre of rain, leaving you to enjoy 15 long hours of daylight with 12 hours of sunshine each day. Take care of yourself and wear sun cream as UV levels will be very high. Sunset’s around 8.30pm.
