Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What’s the weather like in Crete in February?
Located in the Aegean Sea, the Greek island of Crete has a Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild, often wet winters. Although February is one of the cooler months in Crete, temperatures are steadily rising as springtime comes within sight. With extended spells of golden sunshine and just a light amount of cloud cover, February’s a great time of the year to explore the island’s many historic sights away from the summer heat. With the odd rain shower and some strong winds, it’s worth packing a rain jacket to protect you from the elements.
Averages
On the island of Crete, average daytime temperatures in February are 120C, with highs of 160C at the peak of the day and lows of 80C. With a sea temperature of 160C, the water feels relatively mild if you decide to take a dip. There are around three hours of sunshine each day, although with 64mm of rain during the month, some showers are expected too.
