Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
Germany is located in central-western Europe and has a temperate seasonal climate with four distinct seasons. Winter is very cold, with low temperatures and a chance of snowfall while summers are very warm and pleasant. The best time to visit Germany is in the summer when you’ll get to enjoy the most heat and sunshine. Temperatures often exceed 30°C, which is perfect for sunbathing and sightseeing. Germany’s weather is strongly influenced by humid westerly winds. It’s also quite wet all year-round with an average annual rainfall of 789mm spread over the year. Places near the North Sea experience an oceanic climate that’s moderated by the North Atlantic Drift. This makes the water warmer, helping to keep temperatures mild at certain times of the year. The east is colder than the rest of Germany, with cities like Berlin enjoying added shelter from the urban buildings and roads. The south is also very cold with more rain in the Alpine regions. If you don’t mind cooler weather, the best time to go to Germany is in the autumn or spring. Temperatures are mild and enjoyable and it’s also one of the quietest times to visit the country before the busy summer crowds swarm in.
