Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What’s the weather like in Gambia in February?
With its tropical climate south of the equator, Gambia has dry, hot winters making it the perfect sunshine destination for those of us in colder countries. With temperatures increasing as February goes on, it’s worth visiting at the start of the month if you want to avoid sweltering heat. But whenever you arrive, you’ll be greeted by balmy temperatures and plenty of glorious sunshine.
Averages
In February Gambia’s daytime temperature is 25°C, with highs of 32°C at the start of the month and lows of 19°C at night time. In the afternoons, it’s worth seeking shade to avoid the hottest part of the day, and remember to wear lots of sun cream and a hat. With over 11 hours of daylight, you’ll get plenty of sunshine on your visit to the Gambia. Sunset’s around 7.10pm each day, while there’s only the smallest risk of showers, with just 2mm of rain over the entire month.
