Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What’s the weather like in Cyprus in March?
As it’s close to southwest Asia, Cyprus has one of Europe’s warmest climates. It sits off the south coast of Turkey to the north of Egypt, with things getting hotter in March after the cooler winter. You'll see lots of sunshine at this time, although there’ll be some rain and it gets cooler at night time.
Climatic influences
The Mediterranean Sea’s at its coolest in March, which stops things from warming up too much. The west of the island has slightly cooler and wetter weather than the east due to winds, while there’s not much difference between the north and south. The Troodos and Kyrenia mountains protect the east and central Mesaoria plain from rain, and bring warmer weather to the coast.
Averages
Pack your beachwear for the day as the average high temperature in popular Paphos is 19ºC in March. You should take some warmer clothes for the evenings though as temperatures drop to 9ºC. The average sea temperature’s 17ºC, while humidity’s low and ranges from the mid-50s to just over 85%. Average rainfall drops to 34mm over six rainy days.
Daylight
You can look forward to 12 hours of daylight with seven hours of sunshine each day in March. UV levels will be moderate. Sunset’s just after 5.45pm at the beginning of March and this is after 7pm towards the end of the month due to the start of daylight saving.
