Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What’s the weather like in Cyprus in February?
Cyprus is one of the warmest destinations in the Mediterranean due to its location close to southwest Asia, just off the south coast of Turkey and north of Egypt. You’ll get a good amount of sunshine if you plan your Cyprus holidays during February, although it’s one of the coolest months of the year due to the mild and wet winter.
Climatic influences
The Mediterranean Sea’s coolest in February, which keeps the weather mild. You'll find things warmer and drier in the east due to westerly winds, while there’s little difference between the north and south. There’s less rain in the east because of Cyprus’ two mountain ranges, with Mount Olympus the tallest of the Troodos Mountains at almost 2,000m.
Averages
There are different weather averages across Cyprus, but popular Paphos has an average high temperature of 17ºC in February. There’ll be lots of time to relax on the beach during the day, although you should pack some warmer clothes for the evenings as temperatures drop to 8ºC. The average sea temperature’s 17ºC, while humidity’s low and ranges from the early-50s to around 85%. Average rainfall’s 64mm across eight rainy days.
Daylight
You can expect 11 hours of daylight with six hours of sunshine each day in February. The UV index will be moderate, while sunset’s around 5.20pm at the beginning of February; this gradually gets later until it’s at 5.45pm by the end of the month.
