What's the weather like in Ayia Napa in April?
Located on the south coast of Cyprus, Ayia Napa has a lovely Mediterranean climate bringing long, hot summers and short, mild winters to the resort. In April, temperatures are gradually rising as the summer draws near, with plenty of sunshine perfect for exploring the local sights. This time of year is also very dry and mild, and much quieter than the busy summer months when the weather is much warmer.Averages
At this time of year, the average temperature in Ayia Napa is a mild 17°C, with highs of 22°C in the afternoons. Although it’s still quite cool for sunbathing, it’s t-shirt weather in April and ideal for sightseeing and adventuring along the coast and inland. In the evenings, temperatures drop to 11°C, so you may need warmer layers for nights out. Just 10mm of rain is expected this month.
