Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday

What’s the weather like in Mexico in January?
There’s different weather around Mexico, which has a beautiful Caribbean coastline in the east and North Pacific coastline in the west. The Yucatán Peninsula is the country’s most popular tourist destination, at the Caribbean Sea and Gulf of Mexico’s meeting point. You'll get lots of sun if you plan your Mexico holidays in January, which is in the dry season.

Most of Mexico has a tropical climate, particularly the Yucatán Peninsula. Resorts such as Cancún and Playa del Carmen enjoy year-round warmth, with January falling within the slightly cooler dry season. It’s a popular time to visit, particularly considering it’s also outside the region’s hurricane season.

The average high temperature in Cancún during January is 28ºC, so you can look forward to lots of time chilling out in the sun. You won’t need to pack too many warm clothes for the evenings as things only cool to 18ºC at night. Sea temperatures are around 27ºC, while humidity’s moderate. Typical rainfall’s 43mm over seven rainy days, and you can expect 12 hours of daylight with eight hours of sunshine each day. UV levels will be extreme so make sure you pack plenty of sun cream.
