What's the weather like in Playa del Carmen in September?

Located in the far east of Mexico on the country’s Yucatan Peninsula, Playa del Carmen is a popular beach resort with spectacular tropical scenery and great weather. Temperatures are hot here all year round, but there’s a wet season which lasts from June to October. September’s the wettest month of the year, so you should come prepared to see some rain at this time.
