What's the weather like in Punta Cana in November?
Located on the Dominican Republic’s eastern coast, Punta Cana is a bustling Caribbean resort with a tropical climate bringing warm weather to the region all year round. In November, Punta Cana is getting much drier as the rainy season comes to an end. With warm yet pleasant temperatures, November is a great time of year to visit the region without sweltering in the intense heat of summer.
Averages
With average temperatures of 26°C and highs of a warm 30°C, Punta Cana has hot yet bearable weather at this time of year. For days on the beach, the Caribbean Sea is a bath-like 28°C in November, so you’ll spend plenty of time swimming and snorkelling during your holiday in the winter sun. As November is at the tail end of the rainy season, the resort experiences more than 100mm of rain across the month, but showers are short-lived and you’ll still see around eight hours of sunshine each day.
