Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday

What’s the weather like in the Dominican Republic in July?

The Dominican Republic is in the north of the Caribbean and shares a landmass with Haiti. With its tropical climate, the island nation has hot temperatures all year round, making it a popular holiday destination every month. In July the Dominican Republic is wet but sunny, so although you’ll experience some showers there will also be plenty of chances for relaxing on the beach or swimming in the warm blue seas.

At the Dominican Republic’s coastal resorts, the average daytime temperature in July hovers around 28°C. With peaks of 31°C in the hottest part of the day, high factor sun cream is a must, while evenings are still beautifully warm with a low of 25°C after dark. Punta Cana gets around 89mm of rain during the month, while Puerto Plata is slightly drier with around 62mm. Wherever you go it’s likely you’ll experience some rain, but any showers will be brief.
