Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What’s the weather like in Barbados in January?
Barbados is just 13 degrees north of the equator, which means the Caribbean island has a tropical climate with high temperatures all year round. If you're going on your Barbados holidays in January you can look forward to lots of sun and reducing rain, as the month is towards the start of the dry season, which is from December until the end of May. When it does rain it’s usually not for long. Atlantic winds will keep you cool, and there’s not much difference in weather around Barbados as it’s relatively flat. The south and west Caribbean coasts are normally calmer than the north and east Atlantic coasts though.
Averages
The average high in capital Bridgetown is 28ºC in January, so it’s perfect for some winter sun. Things stay nice and warm in the evenings, which only cool to 21ºC. The sea temperature is 27ºC, while humidity’s high. There’s 63mm of rain over 13 days, and 11 hours of daylight with nine hours of sunshine each day. UV levels will be very high so don't forget your sun cream. Sunset’s just before 6pm.
