The amazing Bahamas weather in January makes the islands a popular winter holiday destination. The tropical climate means it’s very warm, quite dry and with lots of sunshine in January around the beautiful beaches and stunning coastline of these paradise Atlantic islands.
Geographical influences
The Bahamas are found in the north Atlantic. They are to the north of Cuba and south-east of Florida. There are over 700 islands and those in the north, such as Grand Bahama, Bimini and Andros are a little cooler than islands in the south. The dry season’s from November to April but there’ll still be some refreshing showers during your Bahamas holiday in January.
