What’s the weather like in Antigua in June?
As part of the West Indies and close to the equator, the Caribbean island of Antigua has a tropical climate with warm, humid weather all year round. In the summer, Antigua is hotter and wetter than the winter months, so you can expect intense heat and rainy weather if you visit in June. Although showers are common, they can be a refreshing change from the hot Caribbean sun.
Averages
In June, Antigua experiences average daytime temperatures of 28°C, with highs of 30°C in the afternoon. The UV index is high at this time of year, so make sure you bring plenty of sunscreen and seek shade in the hottest part of the day.
