Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What's the weather like in Cape Verde in June?
Cape Verde’s in the North Atlantic Ocean off the west coast of North Africa, which means the islands have high temperatures and year-round sun. Go to the ‘African Caribbean’ in June for ideal holiday weather with plenty of warmth, comfortable humidity and no rain. The surrounding sea will keep you cooler in Cape Verde than mainland Africa due to the trade winds and sea breezes, while it’s cooler on the coast than inland. The islands are quite windy because they're mainly flat, which helps keep humidity down.
Averages
The average high on Sal, Cape Verde’s most popular island, is 27ºC in June. You'll still be nice and warm in the evenings as this only drops to 21ºC at night. The sea temperature’s 23ºC, so it’s great for cooling down, while humidity’s low. There’s just a millimetre of rain, and you can expect 13 hours of daylight with seven hours of sunshine each day. Make sure you use sun cream as UV levels will be extremely high. Sunset’s just after 7pm.
