Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What's the weather like in Bulgaria in August?
Sitting in the southeast of Europe, Bulgaria has dynamic weather as it’s the meeting point for continental and Mediterranean air masses. The Balkan mountains run through the middle of Bulgaria from east to west, meaning you'll be warmer and drier in the south than the north. The Black Sea coast’s a popular place to visit and things are quite comfortable here in August with the cool breeze taking the edge off the heat. Burgas is one of the best resorts and you'll get lots of sun and not much rain here in August.
Averages
The average high in Burgas is 28ºC in August and things stay nice and pleasant in the evenings at 17ºC. The sea temperature’s 25ºC, while humidity’s moderate. There’s 29mm of rain over four days, and you can expect 14 hours of daylight with ten hours of sunshine each day. Make sure you take sun cream as UV levels will be very high. Sunset’s at 8pm at the start of the month and gradually gets earlier.
