Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
Vietnam is located on the South China Sea and known for its stunning mountain peaks and idyllic scenery. Its climate varies depending on how close you are to the coast and if you’re in one of the mountain villages, which tends to be slightly cooler than the coast. Vietnam has two monsoon seasons. If you’re not a fan of rain, the best time to go to Vietnam is when the worst of the wet season has passed. The southwest monsoon runs from May to October while the northeast monsoon is from November to April. The warmest months are July and August with an average high of 31°C. Thunderstorms are more likely in the summer in places like Halong Bay and Hanoi, so make sure to pack an umbrella for your holiday. The best time to visit Vietnam in January, when the weather starts to clear up and there’s more sunshine with less rainfall. The average temperature is around 18°C in the north with highs of 26°C towards the south.
