Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What's the weather like in Bali in August?
Bali has high temperatures all year round due to its tropical climate. The Indonesian island’s just 8 degrees south of the equator, which gives it warm weather and also a distinct rainy season. The wet western monsoon season’s from late October to April, so August is a great month to visit as it’s typically dry. There’s usually only the odd day of rain in August, which is likely to only be a short shower. There’s tall mountains inland that attract rain and have cooler temperatures, although the weather gets warmer and drier the further away you get from them.
Averages
The average high in popular Kuta is 29ºC in August which drops to 23ºC at night. With this lovely heat you won’t need to bring many warm clothes with you. The typical sea temperature is 26ºC and humidity’s high. There’s 44mm of rain over a single day, and you can expect 12 hours of daylight with ten hours of sunshine each day. Be careful in the sun as UV levels will be extreme making sun cream a must. Sunset’s around 6.20pm.
