Located in the popular Algarve resort of Albufeira, this 396 room hotel offers numerous different room and board types to suit the needs of every traveller. There’s Self Catering apartments, fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare your own meals. While the onsite shop stocks raw ingredients and snacks. If you plan to do a lot of sightseeing you may opt for Bed & Breakfast or Half Board. On the other hand, if you want maximum use of the swimming pool, kids club, spa and entertainment, then you may wish to book All Inclusive.
Going for All Inclusive? You’ll start the day with a selection from the buffet featuring baked goods, cereals, cheeses, eggs, fruits, pancakes, waffles and much more. For lunch and dinner there’s a rolling 14-day menu cycle, meaning even if you stay for two weeks you can have something different every day. The bar service offers a variety of hot, cold and alcoholic drinks from 10am to 11pm. In high season (from April to October) you can also grab snacks and beverages from the poolside snack bar, operational mid-morning and mid-afternoon (it’s closed while lunch is served).
Paraiso Albufeira offers a wide range of wellness services. Take a gentle swim in the indoor pool, relax in the Jacuzzi®, join the Health Club or workout in the gym. Even your hair can get some TLC, thanks to the onsite hairdresser. Kids can join the mini club, while guests of all ages can take advantage of the sporting facilities, including tennis courts, the mini golf circuit and the multi purpose sports field. Please note some services incur an additional charge, payable at the hotel.
Kitchenettes all include a fridge, microwave, cooking hob, oven and kitchen utensils, while bathrooms feature both a bath and a shower. And there’s no need to sit on desk chairs to watch TV, as comfy sofa beds are provided. Two bedroom apartments provide a whopping 80-90m2 of space and have enough room for up to six people.
It’s a 15-minute downhill walk from the hotel to Praia de Albufeira beach. If you want to take to the waves you can book a dolphin safari or a fishing experience. The local ‘Green Line’ bus stops near Paraiso Albufeira and provides a circular route around the local area. But for a more fun way of getting around, there’s a tourist train. And while there’s plenty to do in the town, if you want to venture further afield there’s eight daily buses to Faro, the largest city on the Algarve, known for its famous 18th century architecture.
