H10 Rubicon Palace

H10 Rubicón Palace is a 5-star resort, located on the seafront in Playa Blanca, with an interior design inspired by the island of Lanzarote. It features a complete programme of activities for the whole family, as well as eight pools, six restaurants and five bars. They also welcome small pooches weighing up to 5kg.

Children’s activities are led by the hotel’s team, accompanied by their mascot Daisy. For toddlers there’s a crèche service, while for 4-8 year olds there’s a playground and playhouse where little ones can enjoy arts and crafts, painting, board games and dressing up in costumes. The junior club for ages 9-12 includes sporting competitions, scavenger hunts and video games. Kids can also enjoy ‘Daisy Adventure’ featuring water slides, a pirate ship and a giant mushroom.

They’ve not forgotten the grown ups either. There’s a variety of activities which guests of all ages can take part in, including aqua gym, water polo, beach volleyball, minigolf, boules, excursions and dance classes. While the Despacio Thalasso Centre features aqua massage beds, a Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. Alternatively, relax on the terrace with its Balinese bed and sun loungers or workout in the air-conditioned gym. And at night, there’s a variety of entertainment on offer with shows and themed parties.

With the hotel’s range of eateries you could be getting your teeth into a succulent steak one night, sampling sushi the next and eating a crusty pizza the following evening. All-inclusive customers staying at least three nights can enjoy a complimentary dinner at one of the hotel’s themed restaurants (reservation required.) For snacks and drinks don’t miss the sports bar, coffee house and street food trucks.

The air-conditioned standard rooms include a satellite TV, safe, kettle, minibar and a balcony or terrace. A courtesy bottle of water per person is provided on arrival. Upgrade to a Superior for a sea view and you’ll also be equipped with a Nespresso® coffee machine.

H10 Rubicon Palace is 2km from Playa Blanca, where you can shop for souvenirs at the boutiques, independent stores and weekly craft market. The hotel is 11km from one of Lanzarote's most popular beaches, Playa de Papagayo, which is known for its white sand and emerald-coloured water. It's popular with families, as it's sheltered from the wind, which means the sea is relatively still. If you fancy exploring Lanzarote's rugged landscape, you can visit the Timanfaya National Park, where you'll find dormant volcanoes, hot geysers and walking trails. You could even dine at a restaurant that cooks its food using the heat from a volcano. If you grab a window seat here, you'll have far-reaching views across the black volcanic terrain of the Fire Mountains.
